The “fad” that wasn’t. My own experience has been amazing. I’ve gone from barely able to walk without pain to pain free. I never thought for a moment that I could go without supportive shoes and orthothics during my long struggle to get relief.. Not only do I run “bare” but I find I am only pain free and happy in mocassin style footware.
